Hello.. how are you there Mr kevin. this is Sam from Old klang road.i've called you before in the afternoon hour regarding your baking class in Cheras coming 12april.Hopes you still remember me.First of all, i apologies that i cant type chinese characters from my laptop, and im not good in knowing how to write it well.. but im still understand slowly from your messages in all your blogs.its not easy to really understand well on the computer wording or command in chinese.. its take me some time to even find my way to type this messages to you. wel, i must say that i really love your new baking book.it is totaly awesome to see how you decor the cakes,even i never got the chance to taste it. by seeing it from the pictures display.. i can imagine how yummy and delicious it will be.i admire your passion on having so much enthu and ideas on baking ..i told myself..kambateh.. ha..i have so much to learn.i didnt manage to attend any of the baking class out there.. too bad..i know.. time is not permitted as im always tight up with kids.anyway.... i sincerely hopes that someday or any of the days,i could realy join your class.. at least once. take care and happy baking (^_~)
yes indeed ..its truth of what you're saying.. read more and see more ... i have like more then 15 books about baking and decorating cakes.. hmm.. there is alot of questions i want to ask when i face problems on making cakes... i hav no one to turn to.. i go thru internet and search the answers and understanding well of the meaning and the purpose usage of some ingrediants.. i even bought a professional dictionary about baking n pastry.. hmm.. wel.. what i mean is.. i am sincerely hoping that you can guide me from here if i encounter problems when making cakes. i do keen to attend your classes.. sadly the timing is hard for me to arrange wit my kids.(T_T) Anyway.. thanks for your kind reply and wishing you happy baking always.
