蛋糕的誘惑


剛完成了一本“最溫馨的生日蛋糕“這本專輯。
想到要製作接近50多道的生日蛋糕,思緒永遠都不能休息,就連睡覺都想到蛋糕的造形與裝飾,可謂有點惡夢纏繞,別人是無法想像的。
在這本蛋糕製作書裡,雖然口味來來去去是那幾道,光是看蛋糕造形,都值回一票。
這裡頭的心血,並不是您想到的那麼簡單,而且彩色與圖案要配搭適宜,可真白頭髮又增添一把。

Hello Chef Kevin,

Firstly would like to say that you book really inspired me to baked and decorate a cake for my loved one. I had just try on the sponge cake recipe however, the batter did not turn out to be fluffy as shown in ur book. therefore i would like to get ur advice on this. I think maybe it could be the egg - that is when u say 3 eggs - does it mean big or medium size egg? coz my batter turn out very watery.. therefore the cake did not rise. thanks.. hope to hear ur response soon.. pls email me at peachbabyy@hotmail.com.. appreciated that.. thanks again.. carmen
